The XPAN family of extruded aluminium panels and profiles combine to create dynamic facades which are striking and easy to install.

Where to use XPAN

Suitable for any wall construction, XPAN features an innovative extruded aluminium fixing clip, which is the same for all panels and Louvre profiles. This can be fixed straight back to vertical support rails, providing a lightweight engineered rainscreen or louvre system function.

Cladding Profiles

Our extensive range of cladding profile designs provide the perfect metallic finish to any external facade design.

The original XLINE profile design provides a classic linear finish and is available in four individual panel heights. Contemporary dramatic wave designs can be achieved using our concave to convex XWING profile design, alternatively, the wavy contours of our XWAVE and XWAVE 200 profile designs offer an interesting shadow effect.

The grooves or deep recessed joints in our XRAIL, BOX 200 and XBRICK profile designs, provide an array of alternative panel course heights integrated into a larger module panel, aiding a quicker installation. Our unique Z225 profile design can be utilised as a dazzling design detail for infills or banding.

When combined together the XPAN cladding profile range provides a ‘custom’ design finish without the price tag.

Louvres & Solar Shading profiles

Used extensively for ventilated plant screening or solar shading, our XAIR and XSHADE louvre profiles enable facade ventilation and aesthetically pleasing sunscreens. Our BAGUETTE sunscreen solution, made entirely of extruded aluminium profiles, is light, simple and intuitive – providing a smart screen for your facade.
